For oral presentations, an LCD projector will be available. The presentation (PowerPoint or PDF files recommended) will be transferred to the workshop computer (Microsoft Windows) using a CD or USB device prior to the session. You can also bring your own laptop. Connection of the laptop to the projector will be done prior to the session.
Plenary Lecture (PL): 35 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q&A
Keynote Lecture (KN): 20 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of Q&A
Oral Presentation (OP): 20 minutes and 5 minutes of Q&A
Flash Oral Presentation: 3 minutes

Instructions for poster presentations:

All posters with recommended dimensions: width up to 95 cm and height up to 120 cm will be displayed throughout the workshop on panels (100 cm by 120 cm).
